"Lovely driver, he did apologise for being late due to road closures, but when I rang to enquire where my driver was the woman I spoke to had no idea what kind of car I was to look out for, didn’t know who the driver was, or even have any knowledge of my booking which panicked me greatly as my booking was early in the morning for a flight. I didn’t want to have to call for another taxi especially having already prepaid for this one. Perhaps next time, find a better way to keep everyone informed if a driver is going to be late."
