Now the pickup driver. He was late 40 minutes after the scheduled time and 2 hours after the plane landed. He was not prepared at the pickup site and complained about it not being his fault. Honestly, pickups from the airport can always be difficult. There are lots of reasons for delays. I travel a lot and I am use to it and quite willing to accept. I am not willing to listen to excuses. A simple apology, once, would suffice."
