"The driver was on another job, but he politely explained that on the phone and gave a fairly accurate estimate of how long it would be for him to reach us, he said 15 mins it was was 30 mins but we were not concerned or annoyed and he was very helpful and polite when he arrived. I would not want this to reflect badly on him. Overall your service was excellent. The only reason for not leaving a tip is because of the late pick up."

"Really good, arrived right on time when I was going to the airport, friendly driver. My return, I had to wait a bit for but I was the first off the plane and there were shockingly no queues going through passport control (that's a first)! But they kept me informed and met me perfectly fine, and that was no fault of their own that I was out so fast. Different driver on the way home, again friendly and both drove well (I felt safe in the car).
Only thing I would say is that the driver is not told which house number to collect from, so he had to call me which is fine but it was 3am and my husband was sleeping, so answering the phone at that time is not great! This is not their fault, this is Stevenage Taxi's not telling them which number it is, seems odd they don't bother telling them."
