"My only slight negative was that I would have preferred to have been met inside the airport terminal rather than meeting him at the car park HOWEVER - he sent me a message several days before to make sure I had his number so that i could communicate any changes to him and vice versa. He did send me a pin of where he was located which was fine for me (and he was right at the car park entrance) but some people may have found that stressful. The car was nice, the journey was smooth, he picked up quickly that we were too tired to chat, I would use again."
