"Although I received an email confirming the booking once made, there was no further communication. However, when I called during the morning, the driver was obviously fully aware of what was required. It would have been good to have received something from him first of all though. Everything else went exactly to plan and the driver was very courteous and helpful, especially as my 90 year old father was within our party of seven persons."
