"We paid for a 12 seater and 3 drops (local). Due to illness we informed the company that we only needed a 6 seater (saving the company money given that we paid up front). When we booked we paid for 3 drops, because one of the couples lives on the way between 2 of the drops, and were okay with walking, but given that the ‘missing’ passengers were all from the same address, the remaining passengers asked for the driver to stop at the 4th couples address instead. Bearing in mind that we had paid for a larger vehicle, 3 drops and it was raining, I’m very disappointed to learn that the driver refused to make the third stop."

"Driver was on time one way, just ten minutes late on the return. Quality of vehicles was ok, but not exactly as the photo used in the ad. Good communication with the company and the drivers in advance of the pick-up, which was reassuring. Slight change in the pick-up place and destination was accepted by the company without any problems or extra charge. Overall we were satisfied."

"On time, got there is good time, no fuss. It was tricky to get in touch with the company on the day of the lift which was a bit stressful (there had been train cancellations), but they called me back and sent a text to sort it out. Otherwise good."

"The driver came to the door with an umbrella soon as he realised it was a bridal party and helped myself (the bride) and my bridesmaids into his car. He was very helpful, opening doors, helping us out of the car etc and parked as close as he could to our venue so I could avoid getting rained on! We will definitely use again. Thank you."
